Does The Moon Dream: Rainy Town
A downloadable demo for Windows

The world is falling apart. Monsters that were once people stalk the streets. Food is running out, people are dying. Hope is lost.
You alone carry the spark that can burn away the darkness and bring light to people's hearts.
- Approx. 1 Hour Long Playtime - This demo covers a complete segment of the game with narrative, exploration, and combat segments.
- Affect Who Lives and Dies - Rescue the missing survivors and complete their tasks to ensure you're ready for the night. Be careful, leave tasks unfinished and people will die.
- Directional, Grid-Based Combat - Brutal grid-based combat with directional attacking and blocking that requires both quick reflexes and strategic thinking.
- A Love Letter to PS2 Horror - Inspired by the likes of Killer7, King's Field 4, and the Silent Hill series, with a unique retro horror aesthetic.

Directional Blocking and Attacking
Enemy attacks can strike from above, below, or the sides. Match your input to the incoming attack direction to successfully block and knock your opponent off guard.
Flick the Right Stick or use the Arrow Keys to change the direction of your attack. Switch between horizontal and vertical slashes to critically strike your enemy.
(Both Keyboard and Controller bindings can be changed in-game to suit player preference)

Real-Time Grid Based Action
Inspired by Dungeon Crawler classics like Legend of Grimrock, all action takes place within a grid. Both the player and enemies move in real-time.
Think fast and keep an eye on approaching threats or risk being surrounded. Remember, being surrounded is the quickest way to die.
